LEAD PASTOR - DAN DELEMBO

Pastor Dan and his wife, Bridget, have a son and two daughters. He grew up locally and is a 1995 graduate of Southeastern College, Lakeland, FL. Pastor Dan has been on staff at Calvary AG since 1995, many of those years serving as youth pastor before shifting his focus to that of associate pastor.  On January 26, 2014, Dan was elected as co-lead pastor and lead pastor elect (September 2014). He is passionate about seeing people engage in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and longs to see believers exercise their faith through Christ-centered relationships and ministry while taking faith steps to represent Christ in their everyday world.

Along with preaching and teaching, Pastor Dan invests time in many of the church’s administrative details, as well as fostering greater health and vision amongst church leaders.

Pastor Dan spends most of his free time with his family where they reside in the beautiful community of Chardon. When not with his family, he might be found carving country roads on two wheels, as motorcycling has been a long-time passion.

TEACHING PASTOR - DAVID WELLE

David Welle has been pastor of Calvary Assembly of God since 1996. Prior to that, he led churches in New Jersey and New York State. He is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity, 1978; Doctor of Ministry, 2004) and Vassar College. He and his wife Patricia have three children: Cristin, Jonathan, and Elissa. Patricia is a professional clinical counselor working in private practice at Christian Counseling Ministries, Pepper Pike, Ohio.
Pastor David enjoys his family, running, guitar playing, photography, skiing, and experiencing the great outdoors. He loves teaching the Bible, which he does in the church and as an adjunct faculty member of Malone Graduate School of Theology, Central Bible College, Metropolitan Bible Institute, and HarvestNet Institute, Cleveland, Ohio.

WORSHIP ARTS DIRECTOR - DESIREE COHEN

Desiree’ Cohen was born and raised in the Cleveland area and still calls it home. She is married to Pastor Joshua Cohen for 14 years and they have a wonderful son, Michael. Together with her husband she co-founded and led a church in the Mentor area for 10 years.

She is a singer, songwriter and recording musician who has led worship teams for 22 years. During this time she has also written and directed productions leading drama teams for 20 years.

She has a deep passion for all ages engaging in the Arts to glorify the Lord, as she has experience with outreach to seniors, led children’s ministries and youth.

She has also led youth groups and their worship and drama teams for 12 years. She loves to preach and teach and in her spare time she enjoys painting.

PASTORAL ASSISTANT - JOSHUA COHEN

Josh Cohen and his wife Desiree’ have a son and have been pastoring since 2005. Starting as a youth pastor at a small local church, they felt the calling to plant a church in Mentor, OH. From 2006 to 2015 they lead Abundant Joy Church until they felt from the Lord calling them to come back to Calvary Assembly where they grew up (August 2015). Since then, Josh has taken the role of Pastoral Assistant, Audio Visual Director, and Celebrate Recovery Pastor. Josh has a passion for Evangelism, and helping those in need of recovery from life’s hurts, habits and hang-ups.

YOUTH DIRECTOR - LAURIE CAMERIERI

Laurie is the Director of Student Ministries and along with her husband, Mike, has 2 daughters. She is a graduate of Cleveland State University and is a Pre-School Teacher at Willo-Hill Christian School. She is currently working on her credentials through the Assemblies of God. She is passionate about kids of all ages, especially teens and strives to see kids meet Jesus and stay close to Him for life!

Laurie enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball, reading, baking and playing board games.
