LEAD PASTOR - DAN DELEMBO

Pastor Dan and his wife, Bridget, have a son and two daughters. He grew up locally and is a 1995 graduate of Southeastern College, Lakeland, FL. Pastor Dan has been on staff at Calvary AG since 1995, many of those years serving as youth pastor before shifting his focus to that of associate pastor.  On January 26, 2014, Dan was elected as co-lead pastor and lead pastor elect (September 2014). He is passionate about seeing people engage in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and longs to see believers exercise their faith through Christ-centered relationships and ministry while taking faith steps to represent Christ in their everyday world.

Along with preaching and teaching, Pastor Dan invests time in many of the church’s administrative details, as well as fostering greater health and vision amongst church leaders.

Pastor Dan spends most of his free time with his family where they reside in the beautiful community of Mentor. When not with his family, he might be found carving country roads on two wheels, as motorcycling has been a long-time passion.

STUDENT MINISTRY - IAN MCGILLIS

Ian McGillis is a 2018 Agora College graduate, with a degree in Business Management with a minor in Organizational Leadership. In July 2017 Ian married the love of his life, Ruth. Together they hope to make an impact on the world through missions and are passionate to see young people come to know Christ more. Throughout his college years, Ian has traveled around Southeast Asia and has helped lead teams into Vietnam and Laos. Outside of work and his studies Ian enjoys skiing and relaxing with his friends and family.

KIDS MINISTRY - RUTH MCGILLIS

Ruth McGillis graduated in the Spring of 2018 with a degree in Business Management. During her time at the Agora College, Ruth was able to attend and lead several trips to Southeast Asia with the goal of serving and sharing the love of Jesus with others.

Alongside her husband, Ian McGillis, Ruth has a desire to help youth understand their value and purpose in God. When children and youth come to know who they are in Christ, their world changes.

Outside of work, Ruth enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys playing her guitar and finding new Vietnamese or Chinese restaurants to try.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - GARY PETRIC

Gary Petric has been an active member of Calvary Assembly of God since 1981. Since then, he has served many years as a Trustee, Deacon, and Youth Leader. He has enjoyed working with Calvary’s Kids since 2003, with 5 years as the Kid’s Ministry Director. He is an entrepreneur and prviously owned businesses in the Cleveland area for 30 years before joining the staff at Calvary as the Kid’s Ministry Director/Administrative Assistant.

He and his wife, Alison,  have two grown children: Jaclyn and Greg. Gary enjoys spending time with his family, drinking his freshly ground pour over coffees, and riding his bicycle. He enjoys his position at Calvary because it give him the opportunity to wear different hats as he ministers to young families, works with the leaders of the church, and manages projects.

TEACHING/MISSIONS PASTOR - DAVID WELLE

David Welle has been pastor of Calvary Assembly of God since 1996. Prior to that, he led churches in New Jersey and New York State. He is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity, 1978; Doctor of Ministry, 2004) and Vassar College. He and his wife Patricia have three children: Cristin, Jonathan, and Elissa. Patricia is a professional clinical counselor working in private practice at Christian Counseling Ministries, Pepper Pike, Ohio.
Pastor David enjoys his family, running, guitar playing, photography, skiing, and experiencing the great outdoors. He loves teaching the Bible, which he does in the church and as an adjunct faculty member of Malone Graduate School of Theology, Central Bible College, Metropolitan Bible Institute, and HarvestNet Institute, Cleveland, Ohio.
